I created a new account but haven't received the confirmation email to activate it?

Check your spam/junk folder for the email, Hotmail, for example, think it's spam. If you still can't find it email us at the above address.

I want to upload but I am a little bit stupid. Can you help me?

Of course we can, that is why we exist.

First you must register with us, on the right you will see an option to create an account. You will be sent a link to verify your email address.

After logging in to your account click on 'The Books' link at the top of the page and you will see a file upload icon at the top which will take you to the upload page. Click the drop down box labelled 'category', choose which book you want your image to be loaded alongside, below this is the browse button to find the file you want to upload, and finally below that is the magic upload button.

I've just uploaded an image but due to my monkey like fingers it's in the wrong category. Should I just give up?

Of course not my little simian friend. If you are still logged in, click the 'user panel' link in the books section you will see the file you uploaded listed there. On the right you will see two small icons, the second of which is the delete option...mmmm, banana...

I've followed your wise instructions but get an error message while trying to upload?

Any error message will usually mean either you are trying to upload an unsupported format or the file size is too large. Always use .jpg images and don't try and upload an image you have taken with your 12 megapixel camera set to highest quality, try and keep file size below 500kb.

I'm so impressed by this website that I have the urge to upload some 'Question Books' myself. Is this possible?

After you log in and go to the 'Books' section you will see a link on the left called 'user panel', clicking this will take you to a page showing what images you have uploaded. To upload a 'Question' book you must first create a new category (click on 'categories' then new category), the title must be the name of the book you want to upload. Ignore the other options and make sure the 'published' box is ticked. After saving you then have to upload your image in the normal way, ie look for the category and upload. You may, or may not, see a thumbnail of the image after uploading...don't panic (well, maybe a little) it should be there soon.
